Access

To access the customer portal you'll need to request access from us to enable a contact to access resources in the portal.  

Send an email to [email protected] requesting access to the portal to start this process.

Once you have your username and password setup you'll be able to login at https://portal.multiline.com.au/ .

When you login you will see the following menu items on the left; 

note; not all items will be visible to you as they are visible based on your assigned access to them. Only account owners with the "Super Contact" privilege should have access to all features.

 

Articles

Here you will find articles that have been written by our staff for you specifically or for a type of serivce that you subscribe to.

You may also create your own articles in here.

Tickets

Tickets that you have create or that staff have created for you exits in here, you may create or reply to tickets in this area.

Contacts

You may add contacts for your organization in here and set their permissions as required, including Super Contact permissions which are the top level permissions. Bear in mind that when creating a Super Contact that they have control of the acount and the account holder is liable for any damages they cause. All actions are logged in the portal by all contacts for legal and investigative reasons.

Locations

Add differnt locations you have, stores, homes etc, this can make it easier to group contacts and services and also helps us when provisioning services on your behalf.

Services

This list shows you a list of your services grouped by their product category, which is broken down into groups centered around the forms of technology used. 

By expanding each group you can see the services listed in each, hovering over a service will show the interactive buttons, Detail, Usage and Invoice. Click on each of these to see further info.

Assets

Create Assets to track hardware, third party logins, licenses and whatever else you need in your organization.  Asset tracking is essential to a business and you certainly don't need to use ours, but we supply it in case you need it, we also will use this to enter details about Assets that we will configure for you, so you can replicate these in your own knowledge systems if you already have them.

Secrets

Here you can enter private, encrypted data to safely store access details to devices and systems your organization needs, you can also attach Secrets to Assets.
