Updating Phone Call schedule in PBXware

In this article, we will guide you on how to update your phone's schedule based on your alternating Friday schedule.

1.) Login to pbx.ciptel.net.au.

2.) For the login details, we will be sending them via email.

3.) Go to DIDs > select your DID.

4.) Click Show Advanced Options > Operation Times.

5.) Go to Custom Destinations.

Edit the "Time to" of Friday's Custom Destinations.
"Time to" will depend on your alternating Friday schedule (4 pm or 2 pm).

6.) Hit Save.
