To find your service usage you'll need to login to the Customer Portal, please refer to our guide on accessing the customer portal.
Once you've logged in you'll see a Services menu item on the left, click on this and then look for the service you'd like to inspect. Once you have found it if you hover over the line item it'll show you some options with floating buttons, hovering over each of these will reveal the name of the option, click on "Usage".
This should open up a block of information on the right hand side and display your service usage in here.
If uage is not listed it may be because the service isn't enabled for usage (typically because there is no charge for usage or that its an unlimited plan). If you think usage should be visible for this service please let us know and we'll either fix the issue or discuss with you why usage isn't possible on this plan type or we'll show you where you can find usage, if its a metric we're unable to collect on our end.
